Fan lineart: Azula's sticky situation

I have actually never given a critique before, but a lineart such as this cannot go without one.

I will start off by saying that I simply love what you have done so far. The goop that this poor damsel has fallen into looks better than anything I have seen from you yet. It looks a little...thinner, judging by the fingers on Azula's right hand as they are way more prominent than I have seen from your earlier deviations, but the stringiness shows that the viscous ooze is just as sticky as tar should be. I am actually more fond of the fact that this picture shows no nudity because it gives the effect that a situation like this is more feasible as opposed to one that does. As I have already commented previously on your sketch of this deviation, the anger, the irritation, the clenched teeth, just the overall look that Azula is portraying gives you the feeling that she is fighting with all her might to free herself from the grip of the goo and she just simply refuses to give in to her (probable) demise. A good fight with quicksand/tar or whatever it may be always sparks my interest, and I truly hope to see more deviations like this from you in the future. Well done!
